N° 16-LOR-UCA/CON-MAD-2018-022 Sector Tierra Blanca y la Comunidad Nativa Tres
Unidos con Permiso de Aprovechamiento Forestal N° N°16 –LOR-CON/PER-FMC-2016-
031, Declara Públicamente su Adhesión a los Principios y Criterios del Forest
Stewardship Council (FSC), así como también a los Estándares existentes y aplicables
en el Perú para la Certificación Forestal Voluntaria y la Cadena de Custodia en los
procesos de producción del bosque, las exigencias legales en el marco de la Ley
Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre N° 29763 y su Reglamento aprobado mediante Decreto
Supremo N° 018-2015-MINAGRI.
